As with previous years an organization dedicated to consistency
in freedom, “Ban The Ban Minnesota” recently endorsed Tim Utz for Minnesota
House District 41-B for the 2012 elections.
Tim proudly accepts the endorsement recognizing non
government commerce has private property rights superior to civil government control
and usage of legal substances such as smoking.
Endorsement Statement;
"Ban the Ban Minnesota is pleased to once again endorse
Tim Utz for Minnesota House District 41B. Tim understands and supports personal
choice to partake in a legal activity as well as a property owner's right not
to force his customers out into the elements simply because they smoke. We
strongly support Tim's devotion to protection and restoration of personal
liberties."
