10/23/12 Campaign Trail Update #145

We are so busy in the final days of the campaign season; with 14 days remaining until Election Day the campaign is throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks to locate every possible voter.

Daily the campaign experiences amazing connections with voters across the district. One example is today when the bus driver was slowing to a stop and let Tim off to literature drop; the bus passed a man in his 60’s pushing his lawn mower picking up leaves in the yard along the street. The man made eye contact with Tim, gave a warm smile, raising his arm as he took his right hand off the mower and gave Tim a gentle strong thumbs up. There is not time to write about the many connections like this every day on the campaign trail. One must volunteer and experience the moments for ones self.

The candidate is working from 4:00AM to 11:00PM or later and people volunteering when possible to help. The campaign finished phase 2 in New Brighton today and started phase 2 for Columbia Heights, which must be completed this weekend. Saturday is a big day for the campaign as we need you to clear schedules and help for either 8:00AM to noon or 1:00PM to 5:00PM. Let the campaign know what shift you will volunteer for at contact@timutzforhouse.com. Until the next campaign trail report; take a minute now, visit www.timutzforhouse.com making a generous supportive donation.
