5/30/11 The American revolution, Do We Care?
I supported Ron Paul for president in 2008 when forces in the media, political arena and the Republican Party felt otherwise; for 2012 I am further committed to a 2012 President Ron Paul.
As I watch the presidential campaign process unfolding within the Republican Party and other national political parties I notice a greater acceptance and interest in a Ron Paul for president campaign among the media, and general population. Polls are placing Ron Paul in 2 and 3 place among likely primary Republican voters; including a CNN poll two weeks ago showing Ron Paul the best possible Republican candidate to beat Obama in 2012 trailing by just 7%.
Even if the general population would chose to elect Ron Paul for president over Obama in 2012, Ron Paul has to navigate the fickle Republican delegates and party bureaucracy first. To that end, I am providing this video link of Ron Paul’s statement on the United States House of Representatives last week. Ron Paul has principles, is incredibly intelligent, ready to serve his country as president, wise beyond so many others running for office. If the American Revolution happens, a revolution returning our national legislature, executive, and judiciary branches to original intent of our founding fathers under a Constitutional Representative Republic, then President Ron Paul is our choice for the times.
Finally I admit Ron Paul is not perfect, is human, and 74 years old, but I remind you Moses was 80, Noah was 500, along with many of our founding fathers being “ripe” in age; besides age really does not matter when you jog 4 miles a day and have a sharp mind.

5/30/11 Memorial Day
Memorial Day original intent was honoring fallen personal from the civil war, members of both the North and South; the ultimate sacrifice of laying down ones life for another and principles on both sides of a country divided. Memorial Day was officially proclaimed on 5 May 1868 by General John Logan, national commander of the Grand Army of the Republic, in his General Order No. 11, and was first observed on 30 May 1868.
In modern times on this Memorial Day “We the People” are to remember the fallen service personal of our history; those serving America by giving life itself. In 1971 congress politicized Memorial Day by passing the National Holiday Act of 1971 (P.L. 90 - 363) providing Memorial Day is the last Monday in May providing a 3 day weekend.
On this Memorial Day 2011, let us remember original intent, the cost of preserving our great Republic from civil war. In addition let us remember and honor all personal that bled life from the body in preserving of our Republic, Individual Sovereignty, Religious and Civil Liberty; thanking our Great God, and His Son Jesus Christ for the benefits of our Constitutional Representative Republic.

5/25/11 Dayton, Leadership Requires Attendance
Today I pose a question to Governor Dayton. On Monday night May 23, 2011, apparently you were not at the Capitol in St. Paul, and apparently absent from your office during the final hours of the Legislative session. Governor, you campaigned as “We the Peoples” governor yet I failed to see you on Monday night the most critical day of the legislative session.
Governor, I managed to take the time going to St. Paul on Monday night May 23, 2011; not as an employee of “We the People” like you, I even sat on a bench just a couple feet from your office chambers 11:00pm to 11:35pm and 12:07am to 12:20am.
Leadership requires participation and attendance; you exhibited neither on Monday evening. Even the press was stationed outside your Capitol office, as I was, waiting for your leadership to shine through.
When the people of Minnesota elect me as Governor in 2014, I will stay at work on the last day of session each year, be the last one out the door; first saying a personal goodnight to ALL the overnight Capitol personal before turning out the lights, and only then go home what ever time that may be in the morning.
Commitment to work or a cause is what leadership is about. Governor you need to be on the job and at work to resolve issues, something I learned in the private commercial construction market as a full charge construction superintendent.
5/25/11 Virtuous, Principled, Humble, Gratful Voting
Perhaps legislators should attempt to follow original intent, better yet perhaps "We the People" should at the polls:
"Let each citizen remember at the moment he is offering his vote that he is not making a present or a compliment to please an individual - or at least that he ought not so to do; but that he is executing one of the most solemn trusts in human society for which he is accountable to God and his country."

5/23/11 Educating The Youth One At A Time
Nadine and I had a wonderful time with a group of 2nd graders at St Charles Borromeo school in St. Anthony today. I shared the concepts of Constitutional Representative Republic form of government, voting responsibility, participation in civil government and campaign activity. Nadine and I wish the students the best summer.
5/23/11 Testing Tornado Design In Real Time
Prior to moving to Columbia Heights I built a extensive home in 1999 at 40th and Fremont in north Mpls. personally designed to withstand a tornado Yesterday I won the weather lottery of sorts as a tornado traveled to within 2 blocks of our former home. It will be a couple days before the city allows folks to travel at that location, but when we can we will take photos and update folks on the soundness of my secret designs.
