Saturday Nadine and I received our first Christmas card of
the season. The Christmas card came unexpectedly from a lifetime democrat
Columbia Heights City Council member and his wife.
What a joyful Christmas year as people show their respect
during the season to politically opposed members of the community. Nadine and I
thank this community member and his family for their thoughtful kindness and
wish them the very best possible Christmas Day.
